Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pixio account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
